We operate a UAE-based digital business offering aesthetic stock content to customers worldwide.

Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold are digital only and delivered immediately after purchase, either via email or platform access. No physical items will be shipped.

Once your payment is confirmed, you receive instant access to the purchased content.

License & Usage Rights

By purchasing from My Content Collective, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content under the following conditions:

Permitted use:

  • Commercial and organic use on social media

  • Editing and customizing content to suit your brand

  • Use in advertisements, campaigns, websites and client work

Not permitted:

  • Reselling or redistributing any of the content

  • Creating new digital products based on this content

  • Sharing access with other brands, businesses, or freelancers

All rights remain with My Content Collective L.L.C-FZ. Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

Payments & Subscription

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. When subscribing to a monthly or yearly plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

Prices are shown in USD. As a UAE-based company, no VAT is charged.

Prices include 0% VAT. My Content Collective L.L.C-FZ is not VAT-registered in the EU.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access is granted.

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, by purchasing digital products with immediate access, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

This is clearly stated at checkout and must be acknowledged before completing the purchase.

In the event of a dispute, we recommend contacting us first to seek a resolution.
